Welcome to the Akashic Fields Blog

[showmyads]
This blog will explore a wide variety of esoteric concepts. The only limit is that nothing discussed here will be considered normal, mundane or everyday. I’ve always loved reading about complicated, convoluted subjects and the paradigm shift happening on Earth now means that people are starting to express similar interests. Welcome!

In these pages I hope to discuss parallel worlds, interdimensionality, time travel, telepathy, telekinesis, transpersonalisation, astral travel, rewriting dna, past civilisations and more.

I’d be interested to read your thoughts and comments.

This post: The Akashic Records

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

“The akashic records (akasha is a Sanskrit word meaning “sky“, “space” or “aether“) is a term used in theosophy (and Anthroposophy) to describe a compendium ofmystical knowledge encoded in a non-physical plane of existence. These records are described as containing all knowledge of human experience and the history of thecosmos. They are metaphorically described as a library; other analogies commonly found in discourse on the subject include a “universal supercomputer” and the “Mind of God”. People who describe the records assert that they are constantly updated automatically and that they can be accessed through astral projection[1] or when someone is placed under deep hypnosis. The concept was popularized in the theosophical movements of the 19th century and is derived from Hindu philosophy ofSamkhya. It is promulgated in the Samkhya philosophy that the Akashic records are automatically recorded in the atoms of akasha (“air” or “aether”), one of the five types of atoms visualized as existing in the atomic theory of Ancient India. The term akashic records is frequently used in New Age discourse.”

Akasha is a Sanskrit word that means ‘all’ ‘open air’ or ‘space’ in both reality and metaphysical reality. The Akashic field is a theory purported by Ervin Laszlo that, from a scientific perspective, it actually exists. It’s possible that the universe does indeed record absolutely everything and can be accessed. His book Science and the Akashic Field explores these connections.

What it means for us is that we should now start looking at ways to access the Akashic Record. As the record would be outside space and time the only way to access it would be via astral travel or somehow going there in the mind. Many of us are already connected and our sudden inspirations or clarity of thought are simple notes from the Akashic Field. When we feel someone we are close to is about to call us or we get a sudden intuition about something, that’s the Akashic Field in action. Or, it could be our guardian angels, or aliens watching over us, or years of training. Hmm. Occam’s razor anyone?

Personally I believe the Akashic Record exist as a number of religions speak of them. There are also a number of hypnotherapists that have taken people outside their lives to places like a hall of wisdom, an immense library containing absolutely everything that has, is and will happen(ing)(ed)

As this is the first post I’m looking at the Akashic Record briefly. I’ll definitely come back to this later. Next post – parallel worlds and how you can travel to them. In fact, you do it everyday!
