Are you looking for something to replace the current economic systems of the world? With the GFC, the recent downgrade of the US and a massive crash bigger than the depression expected in 2015, a new system is definitely needed. The basis of all systems is the value of metals and resources. Gold began the system, silver followed and oil joined it. Obviously this is a very basic generalisation but if we are to replace the economic system we need to bring about a new foundation of value.
The ideal economic system would be to replace a country’s value (currently measured in available resources) with the value of people. If we could work out a worldwide average value of a person then we could trade people as a commodity, invest in people with training and results, and value countries in the skills of the people.
What do you think people should be valued at? Society would set the value of a career or level of knowledge or level of skill. For example a farmer would probably be worth more than an accountant as the difference a farmer makes is a lot greater than the difference an accountant makes. A doctor would be worth a lot more than a lawyer and a property developer probably more than a politician, depending on the results of the politician. Values would be assigned depending on the abilities and the use of that person’s abilities as well as how far reaching the affects of the use of those abilities would be to create a positive change in society. Inventors that solve worldwide problems would probably be worth the most.
How much do you think your country is worth in people skills?
I’ve recently checked the stats for pages in Akashic Fields and I was very surprised to find that the most popular page on the entire site in September and November was the category for ‘New Economic System’. Other pages were generally visited but this category was way above anything else. I guess everyone wants a new economic system. I hope we can create one soon.
